BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PB Scott is the Chairman, CEO and principal shareholder of the Musson Group.
He joined the group in 1994 and became CEO in 2004 succeeding Desmond Blades. In 2009 he was appointed Chairman of the board. He led Musson’s expansion into IT and telecommunication distribution while continuously growing its investments in consumer goods, manufacturing and insurance. He is responsible for the strategic direction, performance and overall operations of the Musson Group and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates including Seprod, Productive Business Solutions, General Accident, Stanley Motta, Facey Commodity and T. Geddes Grant Distributors among others.
Mr. Scott is currently Chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica, a trustee of the American International School of Jamaica and Honorary Consul General in Jamaica for the Republic of Guatemala. He is also the immediate past president of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica. In 2017 he received the Order of Distinction Commander Class for his service to the business community in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
NICHOLAS A. SCOTT
Mr. Scott is the Chief Investment Officer of the Musson Group of Companies. Mr. Scott is the Chairman of the Student Loan Bureau, a former Vice-President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica and is a Director of Seprod, General Accident and many of Musson's subsidiaries and affiliates.
Mr. Scott formerly worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and the Blackstone Group.
Mr. Scott holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and an M.P.A. from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
Melanie Subratie is the Chairman of Stanley Motta Limited.
She joined the Musson Group in 2002 as the first CEO of Productive Business Solutions. She is a Director of all Musson’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
Mrs. Subratie is currently the Chairman of the Edna Manley School of the Arts, the Musson Foundation and the Seprod Foundation.
Mrs. Subratie began her career in the United Kingdom in the Financial Services division of Deloitte and Touche and is a graduate of the London School of Economics holding a B.Sc.
Sharon Donaldson is the Managing Director of General Accident Insurance Company Jamaica Limited. In addition, Ms. Donaldson is a director of Musson, Paramount Trading and 138 Student Living.
Ms. Donaldson holds an LL.B from the University of London and an M.B.A from University of Wales. She is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Jamaica and an attorney-at-law.
Jennifer Scott is an attorney at Clinton Hart & Co.
Mrs. Scott holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology from Newcastle University, United Kingdom and later gained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from Keele University, a Certificate of Legal Practice from the College of Law, London and was admitted as a Solicitor of Supreme Court of England and Wales. She attended Norman Manley Law School, and was admitted as an attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of Jamaica.
Keith Collister is Chairman of the Appliance Traders Limited Pension Fund and the Director for Special Projects in the Finance and Planning Division of the Sandals Group.
Mr. Collister holds an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University, a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. in International Banking and Finance from Birmingham Business School.
Byron Thompson is a former Managing Director of Seprod.
He is also a Director of the Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association and the Bureau of Standards.
Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Geology from the University of the West Indies and an MBA from Barry University.
Max Rochester is the former Territory Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Jamaica.
Currently, Mr. Rochester also serves as a Director of Guardian Holdings and Sterling Investments Limited.
Mr. Rochester holds a B.Sc. (Accounting) as well as the FCA, FCCA designations. He is also a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.
Alexander Melville is the Chairman and Managing Director of Diverze Assets Inc. a holding company with significant real estate interests, and equity interests in Tropical Battery and the Chukka Caribbean Adventures group of companies.
Mr. Nam is responsible for Eppley's investment functions including the management of its investment funds. Prior to joining Eppley, Mr. Nam established Exponential Holdings Limited and was formerly Assistant Vice President of Investments and Structured Finance at Proven Wealth Limited and Assistant Vice President of Equity Trading and Relationships at First Global Financial Services Limited. He holds an MBA from The University of Warwick in England, and an undergraduate degree in Economics (Hons.) from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
Mrs. Watson is the Financial Controller of Eppley and manages the Eppley’s accounting, finance, reporting and treasury functions. Mrs. Watson was formerly an accounting executive in the Jamaican insurance and telecommunications industries including at General Accident, Advantage General and Columbus Communications . She is a certified chartered accountant (ACCA).
